14199 Peekskill Tour Details

Pull up the driveway and you’re greeted by an oversized 3-car garage with an epoxy floor, decorative railings, and a paver drive leading to the upgraded double-door entry. Step inside and to your left is a bright dining room, easily converted to a bedroom or office if you need it, giving the home flexibility for 3 or 4 bedrooms. To your right, the primary suite opens up with a coffered ceiling and his-and-hers custom closets.

The great room sits at the heart of the home, with a double tray ceiling, color-changing rope lighting, and a 72-inch ceiling fan overhead. Every room in the house has its own fan, except the dining room and the eat-in area of the kitchen. The kitchen is outfitted entirely with KitchenAid appliances, a range hood, an under-cabinet microwave, and a double trash pullout for garbage and recycling, plus an oversized pantry and a breakfast nook with seating that faces the sink. Countertops throughout are granite, and the flooring is a 4.0 hardness-rated porcelain tile.

Both bathrooms feature color-changing lighted vanity mirrors, and tray ceilings. The primary bath’s walk-in shower has triple shower heads and a solid concrete bench seat, no wood to rot. The Jack and Jill bathroom includes a soaker tub with easy access straight out to the pool area.

Step outside and the paver lanai wraps around a pebble-finish pool and heated spa. A paver walkway leads down to the cement seawall and dock, where pilings are already in place for your boat and electric and water hookups are ready dockside. This is sailboat water, no bridges, one lock to the Myakka River and out to the Gulf.

Impact-resistant windows and sliders run throughout the home. A propane system powers the pool heater, stove, dryer, and an insta-hot water heater, backed by a high-end A/C system. Outside, a Bismarck palm anchors the landscaping, alongside other palms and plants, with a full irrigation system keeping it all green year-round.

This home also includes a one-year home warranty.
